The Department of Tourism (DOT) sparks ‘travel from home’ inspiration through a series of virtual backgrounds fit for video conferencing.
The tourism agency features picturesque destinations around the Philippines. Featured destinations are Siargao, Coron, Palawan, Batanes, Davao, and Boracay among others fit for from morning to evening calls.

These virtual backgrounds can be used for people who are currently working from home and using video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Webex, and many more.
Amidst the health crisis brought by COVID-19 pandemic, DOT encourages everyone to stay at home so they can return to their most-loved Philippine destinations as soon as everything gets back to normal.
DOT says, “The DOT reminds everyone that while our destinations miss you, it’s vital that you stay at home as much as possible during the community quarantine so you can return to your favorite places in the Philippines soon.”
Many workers are doing the work-from-home status as part of the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) protocols.
The photos can be downloaded from www.philippines.travel/fromhome for free. This will allow users to showcase the beautiful landscapes of the Philippines from the safety and comfort of one’s home.
