Century Tuna named Austin Dizon and Vienne Luna the Male and Female Grand Winners of the 20th Century Tuna Superbods, the company announced following Finals Night at Solaire Resort North. Each winner received ₱1,000,000. The two rose from a field of 40 finalists.
MJ Ordillano and Jas Paguio were named Runners-Up and received ₱250,000 each.
Dizon’s advocacy centers on accessible quality nutrition. Luna’s advocacy is Project H.E.R., which stands for Health, Empowerment, and Resilience.
The competition marked its 20th year by centering finalists’ personal stories and advocacies, which organizers said ranged from nutrition access to inclusive physical training to mental health support, alongside the standard physical evaluation.
The judging panel included actress Marian Rivera, actor-host Luis Manzano, Century Tuna ambassadors Anne Curtis and Alice Dixson, and Century Tuna Superbods 2014 Grand Winner and Muay Thai and HYROX athlete Mauro Lumba. Also on the panel were Century Pacific Food Inc. Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Greg Banzon and Vice President, General Manager, and Group Business Head Carlo Endaya. Radio DJ Sam YG and television host Bianca Gonzalez hosted the event. Ambassadors Anne Curtis, Alice Dixson, and Atasha Muhlach opened the show.
The Top 40 finalists competed in three runway rounds, in activewear, lifestyle wear, and swimwear, before a Top 16 field advanced to a live Question and Answer round. Ahead of Finals Night, finalists took part in physical challenges, advocacy workshops, and community engagements organized by Century Tuna.
