PASAY CITY: XPENG officially launched in the Philippines on Friday, September 25, introducing six variants of the X9 seven-seater MPV and the L03 SUV coupe at the SM Mall of Asia Arena. The XPENG Philippines grand launch also named actress Anne Curtis as the brand’s official ambassador.
Prices start at ₱1,548,000. Reservations cost ₱25,000 for the X9 and ₱10,000 for the L03, and deliveries are expected to begin in the fourth quarter, the company said.
About 3,000 people attended, including media, content creators, dealer and banking partners, industry executives, special guests, and members of the public. XPENG also displayed its X2 Flying Car and IRON Humanoid Robot. TJ Monterde, the group GAT, and Criselda Alvarez performed.
“Tonight, Filipino customers saw the full range of choices behind our Philippine debut, from the space and comfort of the XPENG X9 to the different electric driving options offered by the XPENG L03,” said Katoon Su of XPENG Philippines.
X9 variants and prices
The X9 comes in two variants, both with a 110 kWh battery, a 235 kW front-wheel-drive motor, and up to 615 km of range on the WLTP cycle. The X9 Long Range costs ₱3,858,000. The version with the Second Row Premium Seat Package costs ₱4,058,000 and adds four-way powered headrests and 16-point massage. Both prices were announced earlier this month.
L03 variants and prices
The L03 comes in four variants, all rear-wheel drive with five seats:
- EV Standard Range: ₱1,548,000, 58.3 kWh battery, up to 445 km
- REEV: ₱1,598,000, 37.2 kWh battery, up to 215 km on battery alone and up to 1,017 km combined
- EV Long Range: ₱1,698,000, 71.1 kWh battery, up to 520 km
- EV RWD Long Range Ultra: ₱2,058,000, 71.1 kWh battery, up to 480 km, with front-seat massage and an upgraded sound system
XPENG said the REEV’s engine generates electricity for the battery and does not drive the wheels directly.
Ownership packages and reservations
X9 buyers get five years of free preventive maintenance and roadside assistance, a five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty, an eight-year battery and motor warranty, and a 7 kW wall charger. L03 buyers get two years of free maintenance, five years of free roadside assistance, the same two warranties, and a 7 kW wall charger for EV versions or a 3.5 kW portable charger for the REEV.
Customers can reserve by messaging @xpengphilippines on Facebook or Instagram, or through XPENG Greenhills, XPENG Makati, XPENG North EDSA, and XPENG Cebu. Availability may vary by model, variant, color, and dealer allocation, XPENG said. More dealerships will be announced.
XPENG Philippines is a direct subsidiary of XPENG and its first in Southeast Asia. The company reported cumulative vehicle deliveries above 1.2 million worldwide as of July 31, 2026.
